However credit card had got charged and amount was held by merchant. After receiving license via courier, a guy started calling and said that this has been a system mistake. A lady and a guy came to meet me and asked to return this. No big deal if they ask, i said come with a letter requesting it from RMV. They didnt come with a letter but claimed that this needs to be reissued to another when i said that i will only return this after cutting off my details personal details. They didnt allow me to do that which arose my suspicion. After a great battle managed to cut it and get the womans signature. Informed the bank not to pay... So this is the 21 st century government service and its servants in SL.
