The buyer (company) have paid the marked price and purchased them, so it is a legitimate business transactionif , the ticket has a condition stating that this ticket can be used/ utilized only by the NIC / PP NO holder of the ticket and cannot be transferred / resell then they can proceed a case .It need be filed against the third party company under civil law.unless, this bugger has done something internal manipulations intentionally to give an exclusive competitive advantage to the third party company ( that needs to be proven though),  he will get cleared eventually.</blockquote>
