You are wrong about the Judgement Day. I won't drag it as per your request. I've explained about the "Heaven" many times. The original dictionary meaning is "The sky or universe as seen from the earth; the firmament". In our religion, it talks about 7 heavens, one above the other (as layers). (http://www.elakiri.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1536135) In Quran, it says that the nearest heaven is adorned with stars.. Therefore, It is clear that when it talks about the creation of heaven, it's about the universe. (with that idea, someone might say that the whole universe known to science is within the nearest (first) heaven. But that is not very explicit). Sometimes, it is used figuratively. That is to say something is out of this "world". But in case of this topic, it is a clear reference to universe. Now, you have to note the human definition of universe, which says something like everything that exists (including the earth). But heaven is that of the universe except the earth, because we are "seeing" the heaven while staying on earth. The concept "universe" is not known to those people 1400 years ago. As a reference, it's clear that heaven means the rest of the universe. "Where" is the abode of Allah? I gave an idea about this in the original post. Did you miss it?
