Westerners fund these campaign. They have limits, they don't allow Africa to reach same level as western. They know the consequences. Africa will never depend on itself. Africa has the richest oil and mineral mines but they are the poorest. Haiti has diamonds like no one else, but they couldn't get the benefit of it. Western people rule the world. Its their choice and only their chosen one are the people who live prosperously. As a example what would happen if some child get a visa or scholarship to western country? would he come back to serve here.</p></blockquote><p></p>
