I started a couple of projects and I present those ideas to some of my friends I feel have the potential to work together (not best friends but right friends for the project). The problem is after a couple of months they don't have that much interest in the project. No inputs, follow-up discussions, etc. Then I thought, it's okay I will do this by myself. Some time ago I read an article and it says, if you cant keep a founding team together you are not the right person to run the company. In away I also feel that, If I cant get excited some of my friends, how can I turn someone to pay for my services? I like to know your thoughts on this.
