I do not have any issue in you stating that. But wanted to read and understand that "too complex" area even a basic TextBook not PGD is ok. But normally such information is also available on web. If you know please let us know to read and understand. I have seen some professionals (including doctors) are very knowledgeable in IT and Accounting  than those professionals in such fields( So the reverse is also possible if one tries !!). So a source to learn complex are is what I requested.Last not least , my comment on investment in science was on general terms. Lot of funding were scrapped in last two decades . But with this we understood the importance of that. (something similar to SL not funding defence in 80s till we got terrorism).Thank you for your valuable posts, I have learned a lot from those. We are living in a world of  misinformation even from professionals !!</blockquote>
