I have seen how they work inside the theatre recently and would be reluctant to put the blame entirely to them. I  invite any person to go there and see for yourself if you can before criticizing them, the dedication of the surgeons , consultant surgeons and specially the nursers and also medical students including post grad students. My assessment is they are taking a bite they cannot chew and there is a possibility of making mistakes due to sheer workload. But what is the option ? If you go to private hospitals things are not  the same , but they are also overcrowded . Next option is long waiting time than now may be 2-5 years?  This is not only common in Hospitals but also in many fields and govt institutions .do not try to give twisted meaning to the problem. This has nothing to do with Western or Eastern Medicine but due to overloading of work due to free health care. My advise is if you can afford always go to a private hospital , if the same doctor is available there, just to reduce workload. But I agree that best doctors are in Govt hospitals.May the child attain bliss of nibbana.</blockquote>
