Pins & Needles is very common symptom.  Anxiety can cause what’s called “Paresthesia." The exact reason how this triggers is not quite clear but suspected to be related to breathing.Also if you start itching when in the sun it could be due to a form of photo-sensitivity which I am not going to describe here. If this is worrisome please consult physician. On very extremely rare cases of the Covid vaccine caused tingling sensation but usually mostly in the fingers. But these disappeared after a few days. Also the same thing was reported by Covid patients who never had the vaccine. The numbers reported in the latter case was much more.</blockquote>
