It is politics. It is up to the government to ban it or strict consumption or enforce warnings. But people know the effect of cigarette from scientific community. The adverse effects of all soft drinks including coca cola, sprite, 7up and other beverages can be found on the internet. There are several instances, People have filed against coca cola company (see wiki). Non of them prove that its so called "bad effects"</blockquote>
