According to the WHO, Country A would have community transmission, but not country B. ( Yes this is a stupid definition from WHO and it is already outdated )Now lets check Sri Lanka situation, Both Brandix and Fish Market Clusters can be traced to an origin according to SL experts but this statement is 50% true and 50% lie.. because the tracing is ongoing but in a very inefficient way. This is the reason for random lock downs and isolation through out the country.
