I have more women than men working shift works. Some laboratory kind of work too. I have noticed men and women give similar answers when asked to describe themselves and no terms of masculinity and femininity. I think it will be a rough one for men and women if we give equality. In this thread someone mentioned he woke up in the morning but his wife was up way before him as the child is sick.... think of everything bro... but in general I agree lots of points you discussed and enjoyed. From where did you get the fact and figures??? Gender doesn’t matter men and women built mental strength the same way.... Research proved that women life expectancy management skills and handle pain better than men. Their are emotionally strong too. Don’t take me wrong this doesn’t mean men are weaker either.
