This takes a bit of time and some advance planning. Also has to be done in early spring or autumn. Otherwise extreme heat and cold winters.We usually drive and a lot of border permits etc to be sorted out beforehand. Also a couple of flights involved. These countries are not geared up for tourism as such and lacks infrastructure too.
