They say, 'If there was anything we could do in the matter, we would not have been killed here.' Say, 'Even if you had been inside your houses, those for whom killing was decreed would have gone out to their beds.' And (the decree of) Allah is an ordinance which has occurred."Surah Al-Anfal (8:17): "And it was not you who killed them, but it was Allah who killed them. And you did not throw when you threw, but it was Allah who threw. And He might test the believers with a good test. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing."</blockquote>
