It was during MR's regime and Mr. Mervin's son was very powerful. Later Army officer withdrew his complaint(again a thing that cannot be done) Case closed!! (later same person learned a good lesson from another much more powerful son !! You reap what you sow).So now no CCTV in prison gates to identify the visitors??? (Another powerful son of a former Minister who was convicted in Udathalawinna Murder but got out in appeal- if not can get president's pardon)So , what ? One country one Law!!</blockquote>
