Message: <blockquote data-quote="sebastian show" data-source="post: 14375048" data-attributes="member: 388298">ෆට්වා කියන්නේ අපේ මුස්ලිම් ලෝකය පාලනය වන අති විශේෂ නීති වර්ගයක්. ඒවා ඉෂූ කරන්නේ අපේ ලෙබි නීති එක්ස්පර්ට් ල. මොකක් හරි වැඩකට නැති ප්‍රශ්ණයකට ෆට්වා එකක් නිකුත් කිරීම මුස්ලිම් ලෝකයේ සාමාන්‍ය දෙයක්.රටක් මුල් පදිංචි කෆීර් ලේ වලින් නාවලා සම්පූර්ණයෙන් මුස්ලිම් කරනය කලාට පස්සේ අපේ ලෙබ්බෙලාට ලේ පිපාසය නිවෙනව. හැබැයි කාම පිපාසය වැඩෙනව. ඊට පස්සෙ තමයි උන් ඔක්කොම එකතු වෙලා කුරානය කියන ගූ වලේ පීනමින් මොහොමඩ් නබියාගේ අවු. 1400 පරණ ගූ සොය සොයා, රස කරමින් කන්න පටන් ගන්නෙ.ෂීක් අල්- ඔබෙයිකාන් (Sheikh Al Obeikan)අරාබියේ රාජ්‍ය උසාවි උපදේශකයෙක් , ඉහලම පුටුවක ආතල් ගන්න ලෙබ්බෙ කෙනෙක්. නිකන් ඉන්න ගමන් මේ ලෙබ්බේටත් හිතුනා අර ගූ වලේ පීනල ගූ ටිකක් කන්න. මේ ලෙබ්බේ ටී.වී. එකේ කියා හිටියේ අපේ ඕනෑම ලෙබ්බේ කෙනෙක්ට අනුගමනය කරන්න පුළුවන් එලම ෆට්වා එකක්. “මුස්ලිම් කාන්තාවක් නිතර මුණගැසෙන පිරිමින්ට සිය තනයෙන් කිරි පූජා කල යුතුය. එසේ කල විට එය ලබාගත් ලෙබ්බේ එම කාන්තාවගේ නෑයෙක් බවට පත්වේ. නිවසේ රියදුරන් හැර ඕනෑම පිරිමි අයෙක් මෙයට සුදුසුකම් ලබයි”මෙම සාක්ච්ඡාවෙන් පසු, විශේෂ නිවේදනයක් කල ඉතා ඉහලම ලෙබ්බේ කෙනෙක් වන අබි ඉශාක් අල් හුවයිනි (Abi Ishaq Al Huwaini) කියා සිටියේ පිරිමින් අමු අමුවෙ තන පුඩුවෙන්ම කිරි උරා බීම සිදු කල යුතු බවයි.මෙය ප්‍රසිද්ධ වීම සමගම වාගේ, නැගෙනහිර අරාබියේ බස් රියදුරෙක්, සිය බසයෙ නිතරගමන් කරන මුස්ලිම් ගුරුවරියෙක්ට කියා සිටියේ ඔහුට ඇගේ තනයෙන් කිරි බීමට වුවමනා බවයි. එම බූරු මුස්ලිම් කාන්තාව ඔහුට නඩු දමන බවට තර්ජනය කරන ලදි.අරාබිය යනු කාන්තාවට නෑයන් නොවන පිරිමින් හා මුහු වීම තහනම් දේශයකි. කිසිම කාන්තාවකට ඡන්ද බලයක් නැත, වාහන පැදවීම සිරගත වන වැරැද්දකි. රටින් පිටවීමට පිරිමි “රැකවලෙක්ගේ” අනුමැතිය අනිවාර්‍ය වේ.කෙසේ හෝ තන කිරි නෑකම ගොඩ දාගත් පසු. එම විවාහක ගැහැණියට හා මිනිහා නොවන පිරිමියාට තනි වීම පවා අවසරය හිමි වේ. මොන ගොබ්බ එක්ස්කියුස් එකක් කියල ඒක දුන්නත්. එතකොට ඉතින් උන් දෙන්නා කරන දේවල් මොන යකාටවත් නවත්තන්න පුළුවන්ද? මෙන්න මේක තමයි ලෙබ්බෙලා වට වන්දනාවේ ගොස් හලාල් ක්‍රමයට සිය බිරිඳ අමුත්තන් සමඟ බෙදා ගැනීමට යොදා ගන්නා උපක්‍රමය.අයිෂා කියන කාම ධේනුවට නබියා මෙය අනුමත කල වර්ස් එක මෙහෙමයි.Narrated by Ayesha (R) When the verse enjoining stoning for adultery and Nursing of a baby 10 times were revealed. It was written on a leaf, and placed under the bed; but the leaf was accidentally eaten by a Female Sheep (or a goat) while the Prophet Muhummed (S) was on his death-bed. (Muslim: Book 8, Number 3427)‘ A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Sahla bint Suhail came to Allah’s Apostle (may peace be eupon him) and said: Messenger of Allah, I see on the face of Abu Hudhaifa (signs of disgust) on entering of Salim (who is an ally) into (our house), whereupon Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: Suckle him. She said: How can I suckle him as he is a grown-up man? Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) smiled and said: I already know that he is a young man ‘Amr has made this addition in his narration that he participated in the Battle of Badr and in the narration of Ibn ‘Umar (the words are): Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) laughed. (Muslim: Book 8, Number 3424)‘A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Salim, the freed slave of Abu Hadhaifa, lived with him and his family in their house. She (i. e. the daughter of Suhail came to Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) and said: Salim has attained (purbety) as men attain, and he understands what they understand, and he enters our house freely, I, however, perceive that something (rankles) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa, whereupon Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) said to her: Suckle him (Breastfeed him) and you would become unlawful for him, and (the rankling) which Abu Hudhaifa feels in his heart will disappear. She returned and said: So I suckled him, and what (was there) in the heart of Abu Hudhaifa disappeared.
