(Upwork to Sampath). I contacted Sampath and asked why the rate is so low compared to the rate advertised on their web site. They said that they received the amount via Commercial Bank (possible when you make SWIFT transfers) and gave me the account details of the commercial bank from which the amount was transferred to them. When I contacted Commercial they said they received the funds via Payoneer. Interesting! I was not aware of that route. Anyway Commercial said that was the rate Payoneer had given on that specific date. They also asked me to send them a request email with the details I have and to forward it to Payoneer and to followup.</p></blockquote><p></p>
