Among the key files that President Sirisena suspects the Russians are trying to target include ‘Daham’s guide to Nightclubs’, ‘Ravi’s guide to Economics for One’ and ‘Rajapakses assets are freezing in Siberia’”“The best strategy that the intelligence committee came up with was to get the President to go to Moscow and hand over the secrets in person.
