Naga can bring the matter to the supreme court and check if "Doctrine of necessity" can be utilized to change the constitution under Sri Lankan law, and can the PE be used as an indicator for the public approval to initiate "Doctrine of necessity". that would finish up this argument.about why others not doing it (disproving it via SC), if someone is saying that something is doable, he should prove it. until proven it is just a hypothesis and people cannot vote based on hypothesis. I cannot comprehend why they are not doing that but going in circles on this base matter.there is a very large voter base who will not vote to Naga because of this matter. No point posting videos and speeches done by x,y,z people whereas the correct path is available.</blockquote>
