This is the cause for North Indians and Tamils disliking each other.Anyway Thalapath Vijay is only a chief minister of an indian state. He has no power with the central government. Because he's not aligned with BJP or Congress, they will not support any of proposals. Ultimately he will fail, the same way Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party ended up failing in Delhi.</blockquote>
