So there should be military camps where they live. Including Tamil officers who like to serve as army officers and who like to keep serving government as their way of life. But the problem is machan , still they do not match to the open community. They should go through a civilian awareness program. Even when you win green card you have to go through some some things. Even you have to pray in front of God. But we are not asking them to pray in front of our president or God. We just asking to go through rehabilitation. rehabilitation means = vocational technical training  [ a way of life ] + course on democracy and law in Sri Lanka.So when they are educated about their rights , they are definitely on our side but not LTTE side.The casting problem is a problem that we should not import from India.</blockquote>
