You dont need phd to understand failure of such an initiative and it failed.Again he went to IMF with idiotic Ali Sabry and his friends in rented posh cars when our mission in NY had idle vehicles, and last not leastt without any plan to negotiate. Just imagine the waste of money in such a trip eg business class tickets, hotel , expenses etc. At a time like this we should save every dollar.If you want to know MRsB wanted to travel in Economy Class when we experienced foreign currency problem .
