They are for shure have different agendas.comming to your topic,  NFH was designed to  complement the medical faculty and will be no match to a government hospital. But the model they are going to operate is like SJH which will be partly enrolling payed patients. So the total OPEX will not come to taxpayers as there will be some financial independence.What ever it is the success will be based on the capabilities of management.</blockquote>
