Eg 10,000/15,000 for the lady(depending on the husband's income)As the children are above 18 years old, can't claim maintenence but if a child is still in the education process, can claim maintenene upto 25 years. So can claim maintenence for children upto 25 years as they are still studying.If the property belongs to husband , he can sell it, but as for the law, still the husband should feed his family, still they divorce.
