And this judgment also historic because this is the one and only judgement from Supreme court for such a case. This was relative to a Lottery ticket MAHAJANA SAMPATHA LOTTERY draw year 1994. At last judgement was given by Honorable Judge MARK FENENDO. There was a Mahajana sampatha Lottery winner with the 43 Millions Rupees . But Lottery winner got a secret news from the Lottery board. There were more money not given to Lottery winner . So Lottery winner filed a case with the senior Lawyer THILAK MARAPANA. At last Judgement given by Supreme court Judge Honorable Judge Mark Fernando . Court ordered to Lottery board to give Lottery winner more 30 Millions Rupees in addition to given prize money. And case was there from 1994 year to 2002 year. S0 those money was in Fixed deposit from Lottery board in a Bank. So there was a huge bank interest for those money. So in addition to Judge Mark Fernando Judgement to give more 30 Millions Rupees to Lottery winner ,Judge Mark Fernando mentioned in his judgement , The bank interest for those 30 Millions Rs , did not consider to his judgement . That means Bank interest for seven years for 30 Millions Rupees for fixed deposit, did not mention in the judgement , ------Give that interest -------or-----do not give that interest. ------- Both are not there.Judege mentioned, at the moment, Bank interest not considered.----Now Mr Thanujaka,Can that Lottery winner claim that Bank Interest ?
