That is why humans think water is essential for biological life it self.Even Arthur C Clarke has said there are no way that any alien spices could have the same look as humans because the way we look today has taken millions of year of revolution and that is not possible for any other dimensions. The simplest question is why not. It happened here. Why it could not happens any where else? Answer is thinking process and logic has it boundaries.
