His wife was driving and was entering the main road. Bus had been on the wrong side when it collided! Bus had an expired license! His rear wheels were balder than my head! The radiator was leaking! The bus driver didn't care about the damage and just said "පුලුවන් දෙයක් කරගන්න!"It seems that bus drivers don't really care about the rest of the road users. They don't care that they drive uninsured buses! They don't care that the bus was not roadworthy. They simply just don't care about anyone of us.It's high time that the National Transport Commission took steps to shut down these weren't buses.Update 22/05/2017: I called the NTC. They wanted me to call the PTCWP and gave a number. That was to the Provincial Transport Ministry. They gave another number 0115559595 which didn't work. Then gave another number. - the reception of PTCWP. The complaint handling officer is on lunch break. I've been asked to call back in 30 min.Oh guess who owns the bus. The Nugegoda Time Keeper.Update (2) - The Provincial Transport Authority took down my complaint and said that it would be referred to the Ratmalana Branch office for further action. I was not given a reference number.I also complained to the IGP under the Tell IGP service informing that although the dispute was settled, the Police had a duty to file action on the bus driver for driving such an un-roadworthy vehicle, without a valid license.
