So that the standards of education'll go higher, better facilities will be supplied etc. and of course even if one gets an engineering degree just by spending money, it is highly doubtful whether any company would hire that person. So as to my opinion, all of these are just illogical theories and crap stories just to demotivate the program and just make sri lanka take another step back.</p></blockquote><p></p>
