He already had Contempt of Court action in Court of Appeal for threatening Mannar Magistrate , attacking the Magistrate's Court with a mob, damaging it through pelting stones, etc.. very serious type of action. This is more than contempt and he should have been charged with criminal action too. Incident was on 17th July 2012But what happened- a Sinhalese Court of Appeal judge discharged(2014) after he apologized . Strange but true. We all have very short memories.The champions who now shout were all in power including MR,Gota,MS, JO and RW and the lot were in opposition. He was minister then under MR-Gota govt and now under MS-RW govt.So what can we expect in future is clear.We know JVP national list had father of suicide bomber.So what alternative do we haveIf an innocent villager makes a sound or disturb the court harsher punishments are given . At least put on cell for the day or few hours. How could he escape in this manner.Strange but the truth is such.</blockquote>
