Simply take a breath you can feel the energy centers even outside from you. and yes the numbers of chakras I was heard it was that much.And yes Buddha does not teaches about the crown chakra and i don't know anything about activating 6 chakras at ones coz I don't have any experience of it.Buddha only taught the things that getting you to the enlightenment. Besides that he did not teaches anything to anybody. Maybe he has his reasons. Buddha taught the way to enlightenment only. Present Gurus teaches more than that like what is the true nature of the human being. When that discovers we may feel a difference about teachings. But the fundamental is the same.</blockquote>
