So there is nothing to complain about the punishment.The issue is they were killed while they were in Govt custody and whether they were shot at point blank or indiscriminate shooting. Postmortem reports of the inmates were not released . Even post mortems were not transparent as required by law. This is where problem lies . Eg Rathupaswala killings of three people under MR when GR was sec to MOD and armed STF prison raid during MR where similar killings of inmates. We are a nation that does not learn from past and driven by half baked tubers who have ulterior motives.Even if inmates committed suicide(not in this case) it is govt negligence and compensation is granted by courts . So the responsibility rest with Minister and who ever directly responsible for ordering unplanned and unsupervised raid that triggered the second incident after two inmates were killed that day before this prison fiasco.</blockquote>
