( nelum mal ra weddi para wenawa)හැබැයි දැන් පර වෙලා තියන නෙලුම් පෙති මීට ටික වෙලාවකට පෙර පිපිල තිබුනා.. කුමුදු මල් වලටම අත් වන්නේ මේ ඉරනමමයි. ස්ථිරයි කියල අපි දකින හැම දෙයකම නියත සත්‍ය .. අනිත්‍ය භාවයයි.. ඒක තමයි ලෝක ධර්මතාවය... අපිට ගොඩාක් ලං වෙලා හිටිය අය අපිට නැතිවෙනවා.. එහෙම කියලා ජීවිතය එතන නතර වෙන්නේ නෑ.. we have to move on... plus ..its a good thing u stopped taking anti depressant pills..  cz they never help! dont let yr self feel lonely ..thats where all the depression starts! talk to ppl find a new friend.. real life .. or an internet friend.. doesnt matter! better if u talk to someone who has already suffered or fought depression.. cz they'd know what it really feels like.. dont tell yr problems to everyone. not all ppl are ready to help.. most of them are just curious! i know .. its a screwed up world .. dont worry bro. im sure things will get better and much much better really soon! stay strong!</blockquote>
