First the investigation of the police needs to be improved a lot. Last few decades the Police mainly used for providing security so they lacked criminal investigation skills.Next an efficient prosecution system needed. At the moment there are lot to be desired in this field including the quality of the AG Department, which had deteriorated .Next an efficient and quality judiciary.Without any of the above , one cannot obtain a successful conviction in order to punish a person with death sentence.We cannot start from the wrong end.</blockquote>
