The Belgium embassy in Colombo also said they were not aware of any requests to send Senaka De Silva to Belgium to be tried in Court over money transfer allegations.Senaka de Silva was arrested together with General Fonseka over conspiring to assassinate President Mahinda Rajapaksa and his family as well as several other allegations. Senaka de Silva was a captain of the STF and had retired from service several years ago. (Daily Mirror online)</blockquote>
