This is pretty obvious for most people, except for the selection committee may be. During the first T20, he tried to hit the ball so hard to justify his position in the team. He scored 60+ thanks to few misfields and even towards the end of the inning he couldn't middle anything. Chandimal should play as a specialist test batsman. He can keep until ND returns. Afterwards he needs to justify his position with batting.</blockquote>
