Both versions were featured in the film "Seetha Devi" by the late Manik Sandrasagra, acknowledging Nimal's original composition, in accordance with good practices of international copyright laws. This version by Gresha Schuilling was arranged by Diliup Gabadamudalige. A couple of people on Youtube have performed the English version of the song with incorrect lyrics.
