This was not the first murder, even our embassy staff member (non career FS person) was killed in Russia during infamous Udayanga 's time. We downplayed it . If that is our attitude for embassy staff what about workers ?We cannot expect justice from Pac govt and SL govt . RIP. Condolence to his family.</blockquote>
