Once the passport is issued there is no way to regulate it is self regulated .Diplomatic passports are issued in terms of the regulations under immigration act.Presently apart from all foreign service officials Parliamentarians, President, and Heads of INGO missions , and internationallly recognized individuals eg. late Justiceh Weeramantry (vice president of ICJ), Supreme Court and Court of Appeal judges and recently all High Court Judges are also issued. Again this is only for official visits only. This is again abused.</blockquote>
