Even if you find a place, the process to move in takes 2-3 weeks. If you are looking at staying in an air bnb or hotel- it is very expensive when you convert to rupees. Easily closes upto or around £100 a day! So if this is what you want to do- account for those expenses before hand so you will not stress! If not sort out a place to stay with a Friend or relative till you find one. Please don’t come here unprepared (in terms of accommodation) especially if your coming with children! My heart aches listening to stories of people trying to find accommodation and they are all families with kids. </p><p></p><p>It’s terribly cold out here <img src="https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/t7b/1.5/16/1f61e.png" alt="😞" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />! My university ( BCU) has started differing students to January because most of them are unable to sort of accommodation. Its a real struggle. We were lucky to have found one. Writing this in hopes of giving a head up/ gently warning to those looking to come here with family! You need to think way ahead if your bringing little ones here- it’s a huge change for us adults, it’s even more overwhelming for children!
