The SLMC has to</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">perform duties as mandated by the Medical Ordinance.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">In this connection, the SLMC would also like to draw your kind</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">attention to the letters dated 17th August 2009 numbered 1174 to</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">“whom it may concern” and letter dated 17th August 2009 addressed</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">to me (Dr. Nonis) from the Nizhny Novgorod State Medical</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">Academy, Russian Federation, both of which clearly state that they</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">are “in the process of obtaining official permission from the</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">Ministry of Public Health and from the Ministry of Education</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">of the Russian Federation for establishing an offshore campus</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">of Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy on the basis of</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px">SAITM”.<span style="color: black"><span style="color: black"><span style="color: black"><span style="color: black"><u> Up to date there has been no further intimation from them.</u></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px"></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
