The tea planters are sending their tea to the auction and the auction winners take the particular amount of tea to their country. If this guy is sending tea readily available in Sri Lanka market that means he is not competing with the big exporters. So there s no point of stopping him.Also if the department of post rejecting his shipments doesn't means he can be stop. There are many more cargo service providers readily available in island wide and they will take care of shipment. By rejecting this kind of business means department of post doesn't have any interest of business and profit.</blockquote>
