විසූහ. නමුත් හර්ෂන තම විවාහයෙන් දෑවැද්ද වශයෙන් හමුවූ නිවසේම ජීවත් විය.ජනවාරි පළමුදා හර්ෂන තම මවට දිවා අහාරයට ආරාධනා කලේය. තම පුතාගේ ආරාධන සතුටින් පිළිගත්හර්ෂනගේ මෙහෙකාරිය ඉතා ආකර්ෂණීය මෙන්ම හොඳ හැඩකාරියක් බව දිවා අහාරය අතරතුරදී හර්ෂනගේ මවට දැකගත හැකි විය. මව තම පුතා කැමති රසකැවිලි කිහිපයක්ද සාදාගෙන පැමිනියාය. මෙහෙකාරිය දුටු වෙලේ සිට මවගෙ ඔලූවෙ දුවන්නට වූයෙ මොවුන් දෙදෙනා අතර මීට වඩා යම්කිසි සම්බන්ධතාවක්්් තිබිය නොහැකිද යන්නය. තම පුතා හොඳ කුකුලෙක් බව හර්ෂනගේ මව හොඳින් දැන සිටියාය.තම මව තමා දෙසත්, තම මෙහෙකාරිය දෙසත් සැකයෙන් හෙලන බැල්ම එකවරම තේරුම්ගත් හර්ෂන මෙසේ පැවසීය,“අම්මා හිතන විදිහෙ කිසිම දෙයක් අපි අතරෙ නෑ!, ඒ මගේ වැඩකාරි, එච්චරයි!!”ඊට දින තුනකට පමන පසු හර්ෂන වෙත පැමිණි මෙහෙකාරිය මෙසේ කීවාය,“මහත්තයෝ ඔහේගෙ අම්මා දවල් කෑමට ඇවිත් ගිය දවසෙ ඉඳන් අර රිදී හැන්ද කොහේද කියලා නෑ, මහත්තයගේ අම්මා වැර්දිලා එහෙම ගෙනිච්චද දන්නෙ නෑ”“හ්ම්ම්.. වෙන්න බෑ, කෝකටත් මම ලියුමක් දාලා බලන්නම්” හර්ෂන පිළිතුරු දුනි.හර්ෂන තම මවට මෙසේ ලිවීය :“ආදර්ණීය අම්මේ,මම කියන්නෑ අම්මා අපේ රිදී හැන්ද අරං ගියා කියලා, ඒවගේම අම්මා ඒක ගෙනිච්චෙ නෑ කියලා මම කියන්නෙත් නෑ. මොකද වෙච්ච දේ හැටියට අම්මා දවල් කෑමට ආවට පස්සෙ තමා ඕක නැති උනේ.හර්ෂන පුතා ”දින කිහිපයකට පසුව හර්ෂනට තම මවගෙන ලියුමක් ලැබිනි. ඇය මෙසේ ලියා තිබුනාය,“හර්ෂන පුතේ,මම කියන්නෑ පුතා වැඩකාර ගෑණිත් එක්ක නිදාගන්නවා කියලා, ඒවගේම පුතා ඒකිත් එක්ක නිදාගන්නෙ නෑ කියලා මම කියන්නෙත් නෑ. මොකද මම ඔය පැත්තෙ ඇවිත් ගියාට පස්සෙ ඔය වැඩකාර ගෑනි තාම එක දවසක්වත්
