So with around 70% efficacy in sample there were 30% who showed symptoms of Covid 19. Depending on personal issues this 30% may develop covid. So it is not 100% that covid will not get infected or symptoms will not be shown. Yet WHO had approved even 50% or above efficacy vaccines such as Sinopharm which means that while 50% may have some protection there will not be protection for 50% of vaccinated. This is better than no vaccine. But there is no assurance for vaccinated people that they will not be infected. In simple there will be more and more deaths and infected who were fully vaccinated , but keep in mind there will equally be more and more people who are vaccinated and did not die or showed symptoms. This goes uncounted , where as one person who got vaccinated if get infected gets much publicity due to  irresponsible reporting.</blockquote>
