What he can do is just discard them if the CVs aren't suitable. It is wrong to post and shame them publicly.Also when it comes to jobs in the mid east there are a lot of scams. I shared my experience sometime back on such a scheme. The way I figured it out was that the offer letter had grammar mistakes, the contact number was a mobile number (big companies need to have some automated system right), the emails used for communication was gmail, the offer was too good to be true, the company never showed up on google maps etc etc.So it is always good to be paranoid when it comes to such things.</blockquote>
