They do not know the structural part at all (except a few who are good in math). Get a simple plan without complex and difficult one though it looks nicer, as most of the bass cannot do complex ones. Even simple ones they make lot of mistakes. Constantly monitor with an engineer or a technical officer if your math knowledge is not good.  When it come to cost there are lot of hidden costs. So do not go for the cheapest, but ask questions and clarify the price they quote before committing. At least get three quotes before committing . Do not ever deviate from the plan once it is approved unless you decide to do so . Bass will suggest but do not agree. They suggest either because they have already made a mistake or do not know how to do it . So do not fall to this trap</blockquote>
