For the recovery of vehicle there is simple procedure to obtain an order from the court for that.(this is observed in breach) It is an offence to enter another person's premises using thugs(as done by financial institutions) even when there is default of payment. But this illegal act is continued in Sri Lanka, but that is not the legally correct procedure to recover a vehicle after termination of the lease agreement for non payment of the installments.</p></blockquote><p></p>
