I too had...
0.5X2.0cm it was paining like nothing then consulted a doctor as I can remember his name Dr samaraweera of Kandy General Hospital and sent me for laser type of treatments..even that was rather painful...but with that treatment stone was crushed in to small pieces
So it is better to consult a doctor rather than further delay
