Very hard to find any evidence after an year had passed by, and also some records related to Wuhan research has been obliterated forever.  China never learns any lessons. Politicians take precedence over scientists. Policies are set by them. The only thing they are quite successful is NOT disease control but INFORMATION control. This factor contributes as the major failure in China in disease prevention & control.They are endemic liars and will hide anything.  Since history began it's being referred to as "The Empire of Lies". This time as well, what they did was exactly a repeat performance as they did with the initial SARS epidemic in November 2002. Unfortunately unlike SARS this virus created a bigger disaster for the entire world.As I did mention earlier, they did two changes immediately as the virus started running around in Wuhan.
