As an example lets say you get a paper about quantum physics saying that you can travel through time. (without an author) Can you believe it's true and a valid paper? If I found out a paper without an author, I consider it as a simple joke. (Like travelling through time)But if the above paper had Albert Einstein's name on it, then you will think... wow.. This should be true then. Isn't it? I cannot explain about academic writing like this machang. You have to get on to that field to realise the importance of the author. When I do research, I have to check for the Authors biography to choose proper papers. Because you know why... I also can, even my younger brother also can write a paper. But will they be reliable as a paper written by a University professor?</blockquote>
