They all are employed with companies and hold quite senior positions. Success or failure is not determined by A/Ls alone. That doesn't imply that you don't need tertiary education. When you don't have tertiary qualifications, then your fluency in English goes a long way.I will not comment on the SriLankan education... Have done it in some older posts.
