An additional 10% of the contract value exclusive of VAT amounting to Rs. 37 million is to be allowed for physical contingencies while another Rs. 18.7 million is to be allowed for pricing contingencies. Expansion of the public concourse has been given to R.N. Constructions at a cost of Rs. 261 billion, the Cabinet paper added.
